Luccini (“we” and “us”) is the operator of liveluccini.com (“Website”). By placing an order through this website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Return Eligibility
You may return items within 60 days from the date of purchase, as long as the item is:

  • In unused condition

  • With all original tags intact

  • In its original packaging

Items that are worn, used, damaged, or missing packaging/tags will not be accepted for return.

Refund Options
Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose to receive:

  • A refund to your original payment method

  • Store credit for future use

Please allow up to 3-7 business days for your return to be processed once received.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Luccini is not liable for lost return shipments.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team by emailing customerservice@liveluccini.com  immediately. Provide details and, if possible, attach photos of the damaged or defective item. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

Third-Party Purchases
If you purchased through a third-party retailer, your return or exchange must be processed directly through that specific retailer. Luccini cannot accept returns for products purchased outside of our official website.
