Luccini Product Warranty
At Luccini, we are dedicated to providing athletes with premium quality gear designed for performance, durability, and comfort. While no product lasts forever, we stand behind the quality of everything we make and will work with you to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Warranty Coverage
If you experience any issues with your Luccini product, please contact us at customerservice@liveluccini.com with the following:

  • Clear images of the damage (showing details of the affected area)

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  •  Product name, size, and model (if applicable)

By providing this information, our product team can quickly assess the situation and, we will evaluate the situation and, in most cases, replace the product at no extra cost. There is a one-time replacement per pair under this policy.

Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use

  • Rips or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care

  • Blisters or skin irritation caused by play (a natural result of friction, regardless of product brand or material)

  • Cosmetic flaking, scuffing, or fading that does not affect performance or durability

  • Lost or stolen items
