Every custom order is handcrafted to fit your individual needs and style preferences. Production of these items takes approximately 4-6 weeks.
Luccini representatives work directly with you to determine the best uniform fit. To determine your size for gloves, helmets, or belts, please see the size charts available on the product pages.
Yes. We stand by the quality of our work and will replace damaged items if you are not satisfied with your purchase. See our Product Warranty Policy to initiate a warranty replacement.
Shipping and Returns
The processing time for shipping varies depending on the product and location. Typically, orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Custom orders typically ship within 4-6 weeks.
If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer support team by emailing customerservice@liveluccini.com or completing our contact us form. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team by emailing customerservice@liveluccini.com as soon as possible. Provide details and attach photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact customerservice@liveluccini.com. Orders that have already shipped will not be able to be canceled. Note: all custom orders are final sale.
